Title: DLA Complex Renovations Buildings 25030, 25031 and 25032 Classification Code: Y - Construction of Structures and Facilities NAICS: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Solicitation Number: W9126G21B0007- Previously W9126G20B0003 and W9126G19B0020 Agency: Department of the Army Office: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Location: USACE District, Fort Worth FOR Fort Hood, Texas-DLA Complex. This request for Invitation for Bid is a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) for Building Construction which includes the renovation and repair of facilities at Building 25031 and 25032, located at Fort Hood, Texas. The objective of this project is to renovate Buildings B25030, 25031 and 25032 at Fort Hood, Texas. Building -25030. This building not having renovation work done but will require installation of new controls and surveillance equipment for monitoring installed specialized equipment. Building -25031 is a single story metal building / 11,000 sf containing warehouse space with racking system, fire pump room, toilet, and telecom room. Building-25032 is a single story metal building / 11,000sf containing warehouse space with racking system, administrative office space, break room, telecom room and office storage space. Renovations will include: Exterior Finishes, Office space Interior Finishes (Walls/Ceilings/Floors), New HVAC Systems, Plumbing Systems, Fire Protection Systems Lighting & Electrical Systems, Telecommunication Systems, and Site Improvements Site Work will include procurement and installation of new Truck Scale, 3 sided storage buildings, Parking lot, and Outdoor racking systems. There are no LEED requirements. DFARS 236.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction project (ii) between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 The IFB is anticipated to be issued on or about 05 November 2019 and bids due on or about 09 December 2019 Public bid opening procedures are applicable for this solicitation. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation criteria. Anticipated contract award date on or about 15 January 2020 Anticipated project completion date is 365calender days from Notice to proceed.
