Does this representative have to work for our company, or can the assigned representative be a hotel employee? ANSWER 1: The assigned representative can be a hotel employee. (End Questions and Answers) __________________________________________________________________________________________ The Nevada National Guard has a requirement for conference room meeting space and banquet meals to facilitate a Yellow Ribbon Event in Las Vegas. The Yellow Ribbon Event shall take place on Saturday and Sunday, January 21st – 22nd, 2023. The facility will accommodate dining and training space for approximately 110 Nevada National Guard Service Members, Spouse/Significant Other, and their dependent children and youth, ages 0-18. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB 100% set aside) Documentation of SDVOSB status as 51% or greater ownership and control by a Serviced-Disabled Veteran may be requested. Vendor quotations shall be valid for at least 30 days after the solicitation close date. All other inquiries or questions resulting from this RFQ, shall also be directed to the point of contact listed above no later than December 15, 2022, 11:00 PST.
