Changes to the Bid Schedule are indicated in a red font located in the section titled Bid Schedule. As such, the updated combined synopsis document is revised and reissued under Amendment 0003-Combinded Synopsis W9124L-21-R-0015 Power Converter Maintenance (29 Apr 2021). All prior versions of this document/attachment is hereby replaced by the version provided under this amendment.
