Purpose of this action is to incorporate the Sources Sought Notice (SSN) which was omitted from the original posting. The proposed sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract will be to Serco, Inc. for the training help desk support of the Training Management Scheduling System (TMSS) software already in place. The statutory authority for the sole source procurement is 10 United States Code 41 U.S.C. § 1901 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a)(ii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
