This is a non-personal services contract to provide Custodial Services on an Army Installation in Virginia. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in this PWS. The Contractor shall perform custodial services on the Army Installation. These works include, but are not limited to, the following: cleaning restrooms and kitchens; removing trash; cleaning windows, highchairs, cribs, playpens, and food service areas; vacuuming and spot cleaning carpet, sweeping and mopping floors, and buffing; dusting and scrubbing walls; cleaning upholstered furniture; and other associated work as directed by the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), or Alternate Contracting Officer’s Representative (ACOR). During performance of the contract the Government reserves the right to add or delete facilities and/or the level of services required. A modification to the contract will be executed to incorporate these changes.
