The purpose of this contract is to purchase hotel accommodations, conferences room facilities, and associated services in order to hold the 2020 U.S. Army People Conference on July 27-30, 2020 in Arlington, VA. The following services will be required: separate and dedicated check-in process for conference attendees, food & beverage (food and non-alcoholic beverage service for 1 reception, 2 breakfast, 2 lunches, 1 formal dinner, 2 breaks), Lodging ,Conference and meeting room space, exhibits and meals space. Conference facilities Creation of website for registration/information/room reservations.
