This service contract is to provide for the planning, coordination, and execution of the JROTC Leadership and Academic Bowl (JLAB) for the United States Army Cadet Command (USACC) which supports JROTC units around the country and overseas. The service is required starting on 1 September 2022 through 31 August 2027. The services can be performed from any location in the United States, however the national championships shall be held in Washington, D.C. in June. Components and elements of service include developing questions, hosting a web site in support of JROTC operations for competitions leading up to the national championship.
