Construction of the Permanent Operations Buildings for the Isabella Dam, at Isabella Lake, Kern County, CA. This contract is to construct a series of single-story structures which consist of the Administration Building (3,597 GSF), Maintenance Shop (2,108 GSF), Flammable Storage Shed (400 GSF) and a Storage Shed (4,181 GSF). This will consist of providing and installation/construction of the new freestanding construction of the Administration Building, as well as the other three (3) buildings which will be prefabricated buildings, to include new water and fire suppression lines, and perform all site work for the construction of all utilities and connections to the public utilities points of access. The site is on a hill that is about 300 foot high, with only one access road.
