(113’x10’) (233’ x 17’) of existing driveway and traffic circle (Exhibit 2) and approximately 1,300 sq. feet of new roadway extensions(50’ x 10’)(80’ x 10’) at the outflow (Exhibit 3). The roadways will be uniform in width ranging from 10 to 17 wide, and constructed using an asphalt surface.
