Room count will be finalized on 27 January, and any necessary adjustments will be made at that time. Conference space, A/V equipment, and refreshments will also be needed for the event. All convention space must be available for exclusive use from 5pm on Friday, 3 February 2023 until 2pm Saturday, 4 February 2023.
