This is not an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Quotations (RFQ), or Request for Proposals (RFP). The U.S. Army is seeking information on industry’s capability to provide electrochemiluminescence analyzers and associated consumables for the identification of microorganisms, viruses, and microbial toxins. A key requirement is that the consumable assays for the analyzer system must have the option to utilize government-furnished capture and detection antibodies. See attachment for further details.
