The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform a Gas Leakage Survey, Patrolling and Cathodic Protection (CP) testing for the West Point Natural Gas Distribution System, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) incorporated in the attached solicitation. The West Point Natural Gas Distribution consists of high and low pressure distribution piping totaling approximately 200,000 LF. The majority of high pressure piping is steel and the majority of low pressure piping is plastic. There are approximately 11 main regulator stations across West Point with individual regulators at many West Point buildings including housing, supplied by natural gas. A completed solicitation, your companies capablity statement and required certifications as stated in the Performance Work Statement, must be submitted by the response date - 5/1/2020.
