AMDENDMENT TWO: Paragraph 3 of the Sources Sought notice is corrected to read "religious support services" instead of "medical air evacuation." THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure Religious Support Services. This requirement previously was offered and accepted into the 8(a) Business Development Program. Therefore, at this time, the U.S. Government is seeking qualified 8(a) program participants. We encourage all 8(a) participants to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue a RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought synopsis. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the GPE for additional information pertaining to this requirement. BACKGROUND: A continuing need is anticipated for Religious Support Services which is currently being fulfilled through contract W911S2-18-D-6007. These services include, but are not limited to, religious education, music performance, piano tuning, and volunteer coordination. The current contract and previous contract were both awarded as 8(a) contracts. The current Contractor is not interested in providing services past the expiration of the current contract. The anticipated NAICS code(s) is 813110, Religious Organizations, with a size standard of $11,500,000.00 A draft Performance Work Statement including a draft Performance Requirements Summary is provided for your better understanding of the Government’s need. PURPOSE OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT: To request information on capabilities of potential offerors to provide the services described herein to determine if this will be set-aside.
