This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for service that includes all functions, tasks, and responsibilities normally performed by a Portable Sanitation Service provider to include furnishing portable units, cleaning and maintenance of units. and the contractor will provide four hundred and seventy-four (474) Latrines, one hundred and sixty-two (162) Hand Washing Stations (HWS) and four (4) Grey Water Tanks [330 gallon capacity or similar] and provide the servicing necessary to ensure cleanliness during field operations at Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site, Model, Colorado. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and other items necessary to perform this non-personal service as defined in the PWS. The dates for the contract are 20 August 2024 to 05 September 2024. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
