This is a non-personal services requirement for on-site semi-annual inspection, testing and certification of fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, testing pharmacy clean compounding rooms located at Irwin Army Community Hospital and Environmental Services Branch, Fort Riley Kansas. Equipment will be tested and certified in accordance to original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Pharmacy compound room and Biological Safety Cabinet (BSC) testing and certification will follow standards United States Pharmacopeia (USP) 797, USP 800, National Sanitation Foundation/American National Standards Institute (NSF/ANSI) 49, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), National Institutes of Health/Centers for Disease Control (NIH/CDC), Department of the Army Pamphlet 385-69, Joint Commission Standards. First service must be completed by 18 May 2022 in order to meet Medical Treatment Facility credentialing deadline. Questions regarding this solicitation are due 02 MAY 2022 at 0900.
