Do NOT response to this posting until the Final Request For Quote (RFQ) solicitation is posted to http://SAM.GOV The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Hood is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for a firm fixed price contract for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) Chemical water treatment services, Fort Hood, Texas as indicated below. This requirement will be procured for a contract base year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods. This acquisition is 100% Small Business set aside, NAICS 325998 (Size Standard in number of employees 500). The purpose of this requirement is to have in place a new contract for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) Chemical water treatment services. The Contractor shall provide personnel, management, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and transportation to perform heating, ventilation, and air conditioning chemical water treatment service at Fort Hood, Texas. The Contractor shall perform to the standards and specifications in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The tentative dates for issuing the Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 01 October 2021. The proposed solicitation due date is projected for on or about 01 November 2021. The period of performance is projected to commence on or about 01 December 2021. The solicitation number for this requirement contract is W91151-22-Q-0001.
