The 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) Regional Contracting Office (RCO)-Osan, Republic of Korea is seeking vendors that are capable of providing upgrades to a HiPath 4000 V6 /OpenScape Voice Dispatch Command and Control Solutions; at two locations within Korea. Description of Requirement: Design, furnish, install, and test a fully Internet Protocol (IP)-based Integrated Console System (ICS) for the 51 Fighter Wing Primary and Alternate Command Post (51 FW/CP). Each system shall be capable of working together and independently, for operational redundancy. Upgrade existing HiPath 4000 V6 to an IP-based ICS solution; maintain Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certification requirements, and meet IP-based telecommunication system requirements. Provide training on operation of the system, for up to 16 personnel. Provide one-year of warranty service, and on-site support within one week in the event of catastrophic system failure.
