To award a contract for management of the Electronic Grants System (EGS) sponsored by thCongressionally Directed Medical Research Program’s (CDMRP). This effort will support the tasks identified within the Performance Work Statement and requires an experienced and cohesive team of junior and senior level Information Technology (IT) and Information Management Personnel to include project managers, requirement analysts, application developers and IT engineers who can demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the business requirements industry, Government and DoD standards to perform tasks and produce acceptable deliverables within required timelines while meeting cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
