This Solicitation is re-opened/extended until 31 March 2021 at NLT 12PM ET due to the fact that the Government provided an incorrect proposal submission POC e-mail in the initially provided RFP - Instructions to Offeror's (Section L). This extension will allow for submissions not received due to this Government error. The correct e-mail for proposal submission is: jeremy.a.calligan.civ@mail.mil Vendors are encouraged to re-submit to this correct e-mail or verify the Government's receipt of previously submitted proposal NLT the above 31 March 2021 at NLT 12PM ET closing. As stated in the RFP "The Offeror is responsible for ensuring receipt by the POC". The contracting agency at Fort Detrick (USAMRAA) is seeking businesses (large or small) who can provide eCTD Software License, Maintenance, Technical Support Services, and Training for eCTD Publishing and Reviewing Software products and modules.
