This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific, 146 Clark Road, Bldg 339, Fort Shafter, HI 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for Government Owned Endoscopes, Surgical Scopes and ENT Scopes at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), South Korea. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation number is W81K02-23-Q-0011. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is J065, size standard is $30 Million and the NAICS code of 811210. This procurement is Unrestricted. The deviation to clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating is not applicable. The Government intends to award Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements. Contract Requirements - The successful offeror shall be required to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for Government owned endoscopes, surgical scopes and ENT scopes at BDAACH and its associated areas, South Korea to include all labor, parts, material and travel, to repair and /or maintain the Government owned equipment, in a fully functional condition in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications. The contractor shall make every practical effort to provide services during normal business hours, excluding Federal holidays. Requirements of this BPA are included in the Performance Work Statement; see W81K02-23-Q-0011, Attachment 1.
