This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Health Contracting Office – Pacific, Bldg 339, 146 Clark Road, Fort Shafter, Hawaii 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed-price contract for AMSCO Drying Cabinets. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation number is W81K0221Q0228. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6515, size standard is 1,000 employees and the NAICS code of 339113. This procurement is Unrestricted, Brand Name or Equal. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating is not applicable. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price for purchase of AMSCO Drying Cabinets to be delivered no later than 30 September 2021 to Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Contract Requirement – The successful offeror shall be required to provide AMSCO Drying Cabinets with the minimum requirement given in the attachment; W81K0221Q0228Att1. Contractors shall quote their unit pricing based on the estimated quantities identified in each Contract Line Item Number.
