This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in FAR Sub-part 12.6 and procedures of FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-23-Q-0015.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those ineffect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325413 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. This solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5, along with addenda. Quoters shall reference the following FAR Provisions and respective addenda to prepare and submit its offer: FAR Provision 52.212-1-Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Items and its Addendum; and, FAR Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation—Commercial Items and its Addendum. RFI Submission: Interested Quoters must submit any questions concerning thesolicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Government to respond.Questions must be submitted via email to christopher.a.gregory11.civ@health.mil and emerita.torres.civ@health.mil no later than 1:00PM Central Time, 20 December 2022. At the Government's discretion, questions received after that time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.
