This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This foreign military sales (FMS) requirement is for the procurement of technical publication revision services in support of uniquely configured UH-60M aircraft. The resultant contract shall be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 60 months. Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Cage Code: 78286) is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of this uniquely configured UH-60M aircraft. The technical data for this acquisition is proprietary to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received prior to the closing date and time of this publicized synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 323117. The small business size standard is 500.
