Under the authority of FAR 16.504, the U.S. Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, One-Tim Buy Contract for the M256A2 Chemical Agent Detector Training Simulator NSN: 6665-01-663-5355, and the M29 Chemical Agent Detector Training Simulator NSN: 6665-01-379-0492. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) is soliciting offers to supply the following items: Item Name: M256A2 CHEMICAL TRAINING SIMULATOR NSN: 6665-01-663-5355 Part Number: 5-77-3543 Item Name: M29 CHEMICAL TRAINING SIMULATOR NSN: 6665-01-379-0492 Part Number: 5-77-3261 This Solicitation, W56HZV-19-R-0276, is for Full and Open Competition and will result in a Firm Fixed Price, One-Time Buy Contract with two (2) 100%, 365 day option periods. The Option Periods are as follows: M256A2 CHEMICAL TRAINING SIMULATOR (NSN: 6665-01-663-5353): CLIN 0001AC - Option Period 1: UP TO 365 DAYS AFTER AWARD. Minimum Order Quantity: 167 ea Option Quantity: 167 ea M29 CHEMICAL TRAINING SIMULATOR (NSN: 6665-01-379-0492): CLIN 0002AC - Option Period 1: UP TO 365 DAYS AFTER AWARD. Minimum Order Quantity: 1107 ea Option Quantity: 1107 ea First Article Test (FAT) is required under CLINS 0001AB and 0002AB before production can commence under this solicitation procurement.
