The purpose of Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W56HZV-21-R-0030 is to: 1. All other terms and conditions of solicitation W56HZV-21-R-0030, except for those addressed by Amendment 0002, remain in full force and effect. The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W56HZV-21-R-0030 is to 1. Extend the offer due date and time from Monday, 19-Apr-2021 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to Monday, 19-May-2021 at 1:00 p.m. EST. 2. All other terms and conditions of solicitation W56HZV-21-R-0030, except for those addressed by Amendment 0001, remain in full force and effect. 1. Request for Proposal (RFP) W56HZV-21-R-0030 is a total small business set-aside and will result in an 18 month requirements contract for the supply identified below. NOUN: Recirculation Gas Filter Element NSN: 4240-01-332-2068 PART NO: 5-19-11232 UNIT OF ISSUE: Each FIRST ARTICLE TESTING (FAT): Required 2. This solicitation is intended to result in the award of a single requirements contract for the estimated supplies specified. The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized through issuance of delivery orders for discrete quantities for the period stated in the schedule. The Government bears no responsibility to issue an initial minimum order upon base contract award. 3. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this requirement. It is Distribution "C" which limits access to U.S. Government agencies and their contractors. Please refer to Section C in the solicitation for additional information and directions on how to access this documentation. 4. The Government requires Military Packaging - Level B and has associated Special Packaging Instructions (SPIs) for this procurement. Please refer to Section D in the solicitation for additional information. 5. All shipments will be Free on Board (FOB) Destination to the following address: XU BLUE GRASS ARMY DEPOT XU GEN SUP STORAGE PT CRP WHSE 211 431 BATTLEFIELD MEMORIAL HIGHWAY RICHMOND, KY 40475 NOTE: The contractor is authorized to ship early at no additional cost to the Government. 6. Please acknowledge all amendments to this solicitation in the space provided under Section A. Include the number and date of each amendment. 7. This solicitation contains provisions and clauses that require you, the Offeror, to complete fill-ins and/or representations. Please review and complete all such items. Your offer may be determined ineligible for award if these fill-ins and representations are not completed. 8.
