All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Multiple conference rooms, equipment, lodging, and catered meals to support a post deployment yellow ribbon event on 5 November 2022. Venue must be located within Chittenden County, Vermont. See attached combined synopsis and solicitation documents for specific details. Questions due 7 SEP 2022 by 3:00 p.m. eastern standard time. Responses provided on or about 9 September, with quotes due on 14 September at 3:00 p.m. EST. FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availabiltiy of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor recieves notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
