This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is W50S92-22-Q-9010. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). 2. This requirement is solicited as full and open competition. 3. Below is the contract line item number (CLIN). a) CLIN 0001 – 12 Months, Oil Water Separator Maintenance and Inspections, in accordance with the PWS b) CLIN 1001 – 12 Months, Oil Water Separator Maintenance and Inspections, in accordance with the PWS c) CLIN 2001 – 12 Months, Oil Water Separator Maintenance and Inspections, in accordance with the PWS d) CLIN 3001 – 12 Months, Oil Water Separator Maintenance and Inspections, in accordance with the PWS e) CLIN 4001 – 12 Months, Oil Water Separator Maintenance and Inspections, in accordance with the PWS 4. Description of requirement for the services to be acquired. a) Period of Performance: a. CLIN 0001 – 1 Aug 2022 to 31 July 2023; b. CLIN 1001 – 1 Aug 2023 to 31 July 2024; c. CLIN 2001 – 1 Aug 2024 to 31 July 2025; d. CLIN 3001 – 1 Aug 2025 to 31 July 2026; e. CLIN 4001 – 1 Aug 2026 to 31 July 2027; b) Performance Location: 193rd Special Operations Civil Engineering Squadron, Middletown PA 17057 c) Inspection and acceptance: FOB destination d) Wage Determination: 2015-4225 (March 15th, 2022) The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, effective 26 May 2022. Structure of Quote: A quote shall be submitted, on company letterhead, with an itemization of pricing relative to each individual CLIN listed in paragraph 3. In addition, all offers must include a statement of organizational confirmation of the ability to perform all required service actions, as outlined in the Performance Work Statement. Site Visit Details: A site visit will be held on 23 June 2022 at 10:00AM. The location will be 76 Mustang Alley Middletown, PA 17057. All contractors will sign in at the site visit. There will be a short explanation of the project and interested contractors will be able to view the equipment. If you plan to attend the site visit, you shall submit the following information to Mr. Robert Reader via email (robert.reader.2@us.af.mil) no later than 2 days prior to the visit (21 June 2022 by 2:00pm). Contractors shall provide the following information in your email: Name, Company, date of arrival and arrival time. Important Dates: Questions and Answers. The deadline for submitting questions is Tuesday, 28 June 2022 at 12:00 p.m. EST. Questions submitted after the aforementioned cutoff date may not be reviewed or answered. Offer Due Date. Offers are due on Tuesday, 5 July 2022 at 4:30 p.m. EST. Only electronic offers submitted via email will be considered for this requirement.
