The Oklahoma National Guard (OKNG) is prepared to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to vendors for the preparation, delivery, and serving of Hotel Lodging. A BPA is an agreement between your company and OKNG from the date of award until December 31, 2025. The BPA allows the OKNG to come directly to your company based on the Firm-Fixed Price you give in the documents attached. Period of Performance is Jan 1, 2021 through December 31, 2025. Contractor is required to complete and sign the attached W50S8T21R0003 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Solicitation), 889 Reps and Certs, and return 1 copy to the issuing office. Please ensure to complete your hotels rates and pertinent information on pg. 33 of the attached Solicitation document. Contractor agrees to provide all services set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
