There will be an addition for several plumbing fixtures and HVAC grills in the men’s bathroom and a layout change due to the amount of fixtures being added. There will be new lockers installed in the men’s with the option to upgrade the ones in the women’s. There is also an option for the replacement of the ERV on the rooftop that services both bathrooms. The final option is the addition of an ABA compliant Drinking fountain.
