The New Hampshire Air National Guard are requesting quotes for a supply with install of communication antennas. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8A22Q0010, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811213- Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services, a small business size standard of $12 Million. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 07 April 2022 at 5:00 PM EST. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be Pease Air National Guard Base, 302 Newmarket Street bldg. 257, Newington NH 03803. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Please see attached Performance Work Statement for full detail. The NH National Guard requires the following Service: CLIN 0001: Antenna 1 - (QTY: 1 EA )– Omnidirectional fiberglass antenna operates in the 144 – 162 MHz frequency range. VHF 2.1 dBi antenna can handle 100 W maximum power. CLIN 0002: Antenna 2 – (QTY: 1 EA) - 300 – 360 MHz single half-wave dipole antenna. Adjustable pattern, unity gain. 500 W with N Male termination. CLIN 0003 – FSJ4-50 Cable – (QTY: 150 FT) - FSJ4-50 1/2" 50 Ohm Superflex Coax Cable CLIN 0004 – LDF4-50 Cable – (QTY: 150 FT) - LDF4-50 1/2" Foam Heliax Cable CLIN 0005 – LMR400 Coaxial Cable – (QTY: 20 FT) - 3/8" LMR400 Coaxial Cable CLIN 0006 – Installation Hardware – (QTY: 1 KIT) - Flanges, grounding kits, pipe clamps, terminations, mounting brackets CLIN 0007 – Install Team – (QTY:1 JOB) - Installation of 2 antennas on the radio tower and 300' of coaxial cable through multiple concrete walls. CLIN 0008 – Climbing Service – (QTY: 1 JOB) - Professional tower climbing service and insurances CLIN 0009 – Antenna and Cable Removal – (QTY: 1 JOB) - Remove antennas labeled #5 Green-2 and #4 Green-2 and all cabling associated with these antennas Please see attached PWS for further details regarding the supply (CLINS 0001-0005) and the services (CLINS 0006-0009) for this solicitation.
