This update on 17 March 2025 issues the amendment 0001 for Solicitation W50S7U-25-B-A001 to correct the missing information from Section 00 21 00 paragraph 4 due to system issues with the contract writing system and to incorporate the changes associated with Executive Orders 14173 and 14168. This update also issues Request for Information (RFI) 1 responses. This update on 06 March 2025 posts the site visit meeting minutes, slides, and sign-in sheet from the Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit held on 05 March 2025. This update on 24 February 2025 provides missing information from Section 00 21 00 paragraph 4 due to system issues with the contract writing system. The missing information is as follows: 4.1. A pre-bid conference will be conducted on 05 March 2025 at 1300 hours (1:00PM CST) for the purposes of briefing on the bid requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation. This conference will be held at 3101 J David Jones Parkway, Building 48, Room 100, Springfield, Illinois 62707. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference. The site visit will be held following the conference. 4.1.1. RESERVED. 4.2. Due to security conditions, all offerors must register to attend this conference and site visit. Email a completed SF 1705 – Consent for Background Check and a copy of a Government issued ID such as a Driver’s License, for all attendees, to 1st Lt Alicia C. Braun and MSgt Amanda Brenizer at the following addresses: Alicia.Braun@us.af.mil and Amanda.Brenizer@us.af.mil. The system has also updated the CSI sections of the solicitation. Section 00100 listed in Block 10 of the solicitaiton equals Section 00 21 00. Wage Determination attached as it is not showing in solicitation. Wage determination numberis listed in Section 00 21 00 paragraph 7. These updates will be incorporated into an amendment in the contract writing when possible and then posted here on sam.gov. This notice issues the Invitation for Bids, Solicitation # W50S7U-25-B-A001, 183 Demolish Buildings 12 & 13. Please refer to the attached solicitation, Specifications, Plans (Drawings), Photos, Statement of Work (SOW), and SF 1705 (needed for site visit).
