Construction Contract for Project No. NKAK202004, Renovate Rooms in BLDG 118 and 207 LR AFB, AR. The general requirement for this project is to renovate rooms 111, 112, 112A and 113 in BLDG 207 in addition to the pilot, navigator and squadron staff areas of the second floor of 118. Specific work items include: remove and dispose of the existing carpet and resilient floor base, remove and dispose of existing suspended ceiling tiles throughout and ceiling grid in rooms all except room 111 of building 207, remove and dispose of existing interior lighting, refinish and paint all existing walls, paint the existing 6 door frames in building 20, install new LED lighting and install new carpet and floor base. All lighting replacement shall be a one for one replacement. The end result of the project shall be a fully renovated and upgrades office and work areas in building 207 and 118. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard for small business is $39.5M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Persons intending on submitting a bid are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit.
