Construction Contract for Project No. NKAK202005, Abatement and Repainting of BLDG 207 Exterior Stairwell at the LR AFB, AR. The requirements of this project are the encapsulation or scrape abatement of LBP and repainting the exterior stairwell of building 207. The stairwell is on the south side of the facility and has 4 risers, 41 total steps, 2 support columns, and handrails that are attached to the stairwell itself and the exterior the building. All components, both listed and not listed, of the stairwell shall have proper encapsulation or removal of the LBP and repainted. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard for small business is $39.5M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is below $25,000. Persons intending on submitting a bid are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit.
