The Technology Development Directorate – Missiles (TDD-M) requests the acquisition of (1) Haas UMC-750 vertical milling machine with 40 taper 10,000 RPM spindle, high speed machining option, isolated 480V transformer, through spindle coolant, chip conveyor, programmable coolant nozzle, expanded memory, and high pressure coolant system. **Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement no longer than one (1) page in Times New Roman font, size 12. This documentation must address at a minimum the following items: 1.) Description of the same or similar work your company has performed in the past to manufacture the same or similar requirement. 2.) Company information: name, CAGE / SAM UEI, business size (small or large) for respective NAICS per sam.gov Reps & Certs (FAR / DFARS), FAR 52.219-1. 3.) Indicate any SBA Certified Socioeconomic status per the SBA Dynamic Small Business Search profile.
