No telephone requests will be accepted. This requirement is to establish a firm fixed price contract for a one-time buy for the manufacturing of the following: NOUN: Cable Assembly, Power, PRON: D11B0364D1, NSN: 5995-01-458-8491, P/N: 13213340, 45 each applicable to the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS). F.O.B. Destination with delivery to SU W0MC Army General -Supply, DLA Distribution Red River, Highway West, Texarkana, TX, 75507-5000. Contractor required to perform First Article Testing. This requirement is an other than full and open competition. One contract will be awarded as a result of this requirement. The associated NAICS Code is 335931. The solicitation will be issued on or about 10 November 2021. This items is restricted to R&D Electronics, Inc., CAGE Code: 61434, 5501 Highway 431 South, Brownsboro, AL 35741 because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. The Government has been unable to economically buy the data or rights to the data. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Contracting Specialist for submission to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual basis for specific manufacturing location (CAGE). Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
