The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest price bidder or the earliest delivery bidder. The delivery date specified in this solicitation is only an estimate. OFFEROR MUST COMPLETE FAR PROVISION 52.204-24 AND FAR PROVISION 52.204-26 AND SUBMIT WITH QUOTE. This requirement is 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. To be considered for award, offerors must propose pricing for the CLIN and provide the list of acceptable specifications IAW the Drawings. ** See "Distribution of Drawings" below for instructions on how to obtain the drawings for this requirement.* Also the Solicitation Distribution of Drawings language has been update to state: "The drawings for this requirement are an attachment to this RFQ; however, critical technology restrictions apply to the release of these drawings. Therefore, interested sources must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://sam.gov. Email shall include a signed copy of the SF 1449 solicitation filled in with pricing for CLIN, delivery dates and all other items listed above. Emails not including all of these items may not be accepted. Emails not received by the date and time specified in the solicitation or not providing all of the required documentation, may not be considered for award. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to verify that their email, to include all attachments, was received by the date and time specified in the solicitation.
