The Office of the Project Manager for Maneuver Ammunition Systems (PM- MAS) has a continuing requirement to provide 5.56mm Semi-Jacketed Frangible Cartridge, MK311 MOD 3 (AA40) Ammunition (herein referred to as AA40 Ammunition) for Fiscal Years (FYs) FY22-27 (5 years). The 5.56mm Frangible, MK311 Mod 3 cartridge is used in the M16A2 and M16A4 rifles, as well as the M4A1 Carbine for training purposes and to reduce collateral damage in combat. The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to perform the work as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) and as set forth in this solicitation.
