AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of Amendment 0001 to this Solicitation is to provide Government furnished MPE Type I GPS Cards for use with the aTALIN 4000 INUs intended for delivery. Additionally, Inspection at Origin may be accommodated, as per below paragraph c. As a result of this amendment, the following have been changed/added: RFQ Attachment 1, Statement of Work has been updated to add Paragraph 3.6 GPS Cards. RFQ Attachment 11, Government Furnished GPS Cards for INU has been added to provide a listing of the GPS cards. RFQ Attachment 5, Contract Quality Requirements has been updated to add the following note: Inspection is at Destination; however Inspection at Origin may be acceptable, provided the Offeror has a Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) or DCMA Representative that will be present at the contractor facility for inspection of items. The Solicitation Response date has been changed to 26 January 2020. Notice Type - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Classification Code – 6605 NAICS Code – 334511 The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capability Development Command - Armament Center, intends to issue a brand name Request for Quotation for Honeywell aTALIN 4000 inertial navigation units (INU) (NIN 01-627-6767). This procurement is for the purchase of two (2) each. The resultant contract shall be awarded as a firm fixed price contract with a period of performance of: 12 months after award This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested; the Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. Solicitation No. W15QKN-21-R-0EG1 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02. The NAICS Code is 334511 with a small business size standard of 1,250 Employees. In accordance with FAR 37.104-(a) Personal Services Contracts, the subsequent contract is not considered to be a personal service. The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 intends to award one (1) firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract, for the purchase and delivery of two (2) Honeywell aTALIN 4000 inertial navigation units (INU) (NIN 01-627-6767). Attached is the SOW for this requirement detailing all specific details, to include, but not limited to, the statement of work, instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and clauses/provisions. The following FAR Clauses/Provisions shall be addressed in the offerors response to this notice: FAR 52.204-24 FAR 52.204-25 FAR 52.204-26 These clauses/provisions address the Section 889 requirements put in place 13 August 2020. In addition to these clause, the ones detailed in the Non-commercial Clause List attachment will be incorporated into any subsequent contract.
