All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) located at Fort Dix, NJ is surveying the market for potential contractors capable of providing lodging in kind within a 25-mile radius of the 800th Military Police Company at 8000 Camp Robison Road, North Little Rock Arkansas 72118 and a 25-mile radius of the 800th Military Police Company at 101 US Highway 167B El Dorado, Arkansas 71730. The lodging facility shall support the following service members in their respective locations that will be checking in on the start of the day of training as indicated in the description table listed in the Statement of Work (SOW), 11 Double Occupancy rooms for 20 Service Members in North Little Rock, AR and 23 Double Occupancy rooms for 44 Service Members in El Dorado, AR. The period of performance will be from 06 November 2020 through 12 September 2021. Please see attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for specifications.
