The Vocera Voice Communicatio system that is currently part pf Irwin Amry Community Hospital's (IACH) communication system which enables the staff to have hands free, voice-controlled wireless communication throughout the hospital. The Vocera Badge is a lightweight, wearable , voice-controlled communication device that operates over a wireless LAN. Currently,IACH has 70 Vocera communication badges which are outdated and out of warranty. This new requirement will purchase 70 new Vocera communication badges (model B300n, color black).
