The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Robins AFB, GA, will acquire NSN 6615-01-352-7003FX, Part Number 478500-09-01, Flight Control Computer for the F-15E aircraft. Drawings/Data are not available from the procuring activity. SPRWA1-21-R-0004 will be a written request for proposal for a firm-fixed price requirements contract for estimated quantity of 30. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, BAE Systems, CAGE 89954, 1098 Clark St., Endicott, NY 13760, pursuant to 10 USC 23094(c)(1), under corporate contract SPE4AX-15-D-9414. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Data is not available for this acquisition. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
