This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect though FAC 2021-06 and the DFARS Change notice 20210520. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: https://www.acquisition.gov/. The NAICS CODE is 332722 and the small business standard is 500 (# of employees). The Small Business Standard is 500 (# of employees) this is a Competitive, 100% Total Small Business (SB) Set-Aside Action. This notice of intent is a request for competitive quotes. Determination by the Government to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Shipping term shall be FOB Destination; therefore, quote SHALL include shipping cost. System for Award Management (SAM).
