This procurement includes a Justification and Approval for the Brand name Polishing machine from Seikoh Giken. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard currently utilizes this brand polishing machine for fiber optic testing. See the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation for the full ordering data.
