This notice is being issued to announce solicitation #SPE8EG-24-Q-0001 has been issued to the DLA Bid Board System (DIBBS) website. Copies of the redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) and redacted Consolidation Memo have been issued as attachments to the solicitation and are available at the DIBBS website. Vendors must submit quotes in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation no later than Thursday, January 5, 2024 at 3:00PM EDT. Please note this requirement is being solicited on an Unrestricted Basis. Acquisition details are provided below. ________________________________________________________ Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Philadelphia intends to issue a Request for Quote for the MulePAC (Portable All-Mode Containers) on an Unrestricted Basis. This acquisition comprises ten (10) Part-Numbers National Stock Numbers (NSNs). A list of the required items is included as an attachment to this synopsis. Each of the required items is considered sole source to AIRGO Industries, Inc. (CAGE: 1Y4M7). This acquisition is for a Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements type contract. The solicitation number is SPE8EG-24-Q-0001. The procedures at FAR Part 12, “Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services” and FAR Part 13.5, “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services” will be utilized. The acquisition will be accomplished using Other than Full and Open Competition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.501(a), “Sole Source Acquisitions”. The solicitation will provide for one (1) contract. Price Only source selection procedures will be utilized. Any resultant contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror, offering the lowest price, whose offer conforms to all the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation. The resultant contract will include a one (1) year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The Contract Maximum will be $3, 569,202.00. Delivery terms will be FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Buy American Act and Preference for Domestic Sourcing ("Berry Amendment") clauses apply. This synopsis should NOT be considered a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this notice. The estimated release date of this solicitation is November 21, 2023. This date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be made available through the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will be able to submit a proposal which will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
