This NSN is now being procured as other than full and open (unrestricted) This acquisition is for a firm fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13; Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for the NSN listed below. the Government is pursuing an indefinite delivery contract, for the duration of a three year base and two separately priced one-year option periods that will not exceed 5 years. This requirement is for DLA stock support within the continental United States (CONUS). At the time of the solicitation, there is one NSN being procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP- DLA Land and Maritime). this acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under authority of 10 U.S.C.3204(b)(A) NSN 2910-01-590-6256 FILTER BODY, FLUID CUMMINS POWER GENERATION INC. 44940 P/N 0149-2784 PARKER-HANNIFIN CORPORATION 55752 P/N 245R10 Based on market research, this item is commercial, and will be procured under an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) using FAR subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation will be available on the internet at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp, on or about the issue date of 12/7/2023. DLA Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) quotations are acceptable for this solicitation. Offerors must compete the entire solicitation.
