NSN: 5340-014538395, BRACKET, MOUNTING. The item being procured is DLA Basic Drawing Number: 53711 7016077. This solicitation will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. This is an Export Control Item requiring all perspective offerors to have Enhanced JCP Certification and approval to access Export-Controlled Data managed by DLA. The required quantity is 17 EA with an additional 100% option quantity of 17 EA. The total quantity, including base plus option is 34 EA. The item in the quantities requested is to be shipped to DLA Distribution Center, Norfolk, VA (SW3117). The required delivery for the requested quantity is 364 days; FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation) and inspection and Acceptance at destination are required. This is not a commercial item, so the Government will be using policies and procedures outlined in FAR Part 15 to solicit this item. However, parties may identify their interest and capability to fulfill this requirement utilizing a commercial item within 15 days of this notice, to the Contracting Officer. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsmdla.mil/rfp on or about 3 January 2023. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, proposals will be evaluated according to “best value” procedures based on Price, Past Performance and Delivery. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars.
