This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), in combination with FAR Subpart 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number SPE605-21-R-0221is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100 dated 22 August 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 324110, and the size standard applied is (500). This opportunity is UNRESTRICTED. The resulting contract from this procurement will be a Fixed-price EPA contract. Taxes are excluded. DPAS rating for potential award is DO.
