The purpose of this SS is to identify qualified Small Business (including 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), Woman-owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUB Zone) Small Businesses, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB)), and Large Businesses that are interested and capable of providing for the ground fuels requirement for DLA-Energy. In responding to this notice please provide the following information: Your company name, CAGE Code, any owners, email address, phone/fax number, Background information of the firm and/or contractor regarding technical capability and ability to perform. What types of fuel are you capable of supplying? Which states can you supply the fuel for? What are the names and locations of your fuel supplier(s)? Does your company participate in any socioeconomic programs/small business programs? If so, please state what programs(s). Are you a refinery? If so, is your refinery a small business (producing less than or equal to 200,000 barrels)? Has your company participated in any current or previous contracts under the Direct Delivery Ground Fuels Program? If so, were any of those contracts performed in any of the states listed above?
