This amendment is being issued to add a Base Reference Price of $1.625190 to EG0 GASOLINE, PREM (ULG) - Platts Gasoline Prem Unleaded 10ppmS FOB Med Cargo (AAWZA00) and $1.764013 to DE0 DIESEL FUEL 10 PPM SULF (SFD) - Platts ULSD 10ppmS FOB Med Cargo (AAWYY00). All other things remain unchanged. This requirement is for a vehicle fleet automated fueling program in accordance with Turkish Petroleum Energy Marketing Agency guidance for tax free fuel sales for the purpose of lifting commercially available Unleaded Gasoline and Diesel Fuel products for authorized US government owned or authorized privately owned vehicles at designated filling stations. These fueling stations will be located within 62 miles (100 kilometers) of each and every municipality throughout the country of Turkey. Maximum use will be an annual estimated amount of 120,000 US Gallons (6,000 liters) for each government vehicle and 35,000 US Gallons (4,800 liters) for each private vehicle with DLA Energy provided tax exemption certificates provided at the start of program and annually. Bi-weekly or monthly individual sales data consisting of vehicle plate number, fuel type, quantity, date/time/location of delivery must be batched and provided to Army and Air Forces Exchange Service (AAFES) Europe representatives This RFP incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04.
