This is a one-year procurement for a minimum of 403 pin-rivet collars, with an estimated four annual orders up to a total contract value of $350,000. Delivery is required within 76 days after receipt of order to various U.S. and overseas DLA depots. The solicitation is an RFQ available only electronically, and quotes must be submitted the same way. Only quotes from approved manufacturers will be considered.
